With design that strikingly remind me of something that I would see in a more stylish and realistic Final Fantasy VII or VIII, one wouldn't think that Krane comes from Canada, both designed and produced. They also produce a bag line that is just as sleek and attractive, definitely have to keep my eye on this brand.

Creep by Hiroshi Awai
Any streetwear soldier stationed in Atlanta, knows Standard to be the main destination for all things cool, but the good people over there are beginning to up the ante with offerings from higher end brands. Such are these pieces from Hiroshi Awai's line for Creep. I've never heard of this line or this designer before, but much information will be googled by tonight. Really classic American apparel infused with an Asian influence is the definition for something that can't go wrong. Too bad I'm broke as a joke with no punchline(not really a funny thing at all)

Public School Fall 2009
One of my favorite labels returns for the Fall bringing a bigger, better collection that brings a wider selection to those who can afford their high, yet well deserved, price. Dao-Yi Chow's and Max Osborne's modern take on classic garments still has a sense of bad ass, but brings a formal feel as well. Think a younger hipper James Bond from New York.

Jacob the Murderer
Seems like there is a lot of good news coming from brands that I love(at least on an aesthetic level because I can't get it). Better off Dead released a new video previewing what to expect for their new line, Jacob the Murderer. Looks pretty sick and classic Le Messie.
Public School for Urban Outfitters
One of my favorite brands is bringing their great look to Urban Outfitters for a cheaper price than their usual $300+ tag, and I'm stoked. Like always though, I have to remember that I am a college student which is a synonym to broke ass young adult. Just wish I could find a job, well it is late February so I'm bout to start another hunt. Who's with me? The Public School is worth it.

Favorite Brand Watch
Found some pretty interesting stuff these past couple of days. All with one thing in common too, they all in some way relate to my love of clothes and the culture behind them. Culture meaning inspiration behind the collections and also the people.

1st
King Stampede has a new website up with a blog and my personal favorite thing ever, Stampede Radio. Some really cool tunes on there. Definitely check it out when you get the chance.
2nd
Rockersnyc is putting out a new collection called, "Loud is Silent". Each piece in the cut and sew collection features, silent luxury quality and loud, colorful prints. In my opinion Rockers are really a step ahead of most other brands with quality. Really wish I could get my hands on that leather jacket. The Collection will be shipping this September(means save that money).
3rd
Digital Gravel just released a tour around the Mishka offices. Really cool visuals and really high rating of geekness.

Beginning of the End 2008 F/W Collection and Interview
Three cornerstones of streetwear segment and their common interests inevitably founded their latest fashion venture, Beginning of the End. Between the likes of Greg Johnsen, Sean Reverson and Dan Payne, the three boast accolades and accomplishments including the founding of Gourmet, Hall of Fame, Snafu, RockersNYC and Clarendon. With a solid foundation beneath them, the three strive to draw their respective influences and views into an interesting and fresh perspective which hits stores later this year with the debut of their 2008 fall/winter collection inspired by 1980’s dancehall imagery.

Gourmet Summer 08 Collection
Gourmet recently dropped some new summer goodies, all made in Italy from a mixture of high-end fabrics. Combed terry cloth and silk materials make this collection perfect for those breezy summer evenings. Above is a jacket with a black and white photo collage. Other pieces include lightweight sweatpants and shorts with a beautiful nice cut. Available now at HUF, Union LA, Union NY, and Fred Segal.
Wood Wood Overshirts
Wood Wood overshirts are big this summer. The season is in full swing, but an overshirt is perfect for those summer nights and for those unfortunate days when mother nature just isn't cooperating. Pictured from left to right: Water Buck in Blue Stripe - $152, Tripoli in Purple - $102, and Kit Kat in Estate Blue - $94. All these items and more are now available at NewDandyism.
